Wie sich gezeigt hat, dass das Signal sollte nicht blenden, ohne einen Rahmen um das Signal Kopf, dann denke ich über meine Leistung.

Gibt es jemanden, ein paar Bilder des Signals bei verschiedenen Winkeln können post, so wäre ich Ihnen dankbar.

Es hat leider werden die falschen Informationen über das Signal das Aussehen, und ich brauche diese zu korrigieren Redo fotovertyget, die ich nicht kenne zu viel sein.

Das Interesse an dem Signal, das kann ich dort zu sehen, dass ich in früheren Beiträge schrieb.
Aber es hat nicht das Gefühl, es den Konsens, dass ich vielleicht erwartet hätte war.

Es geht um einige Mühe, um das Signal von der richtigen Perspektive zu bauen, aber diese zusätzliche Arbeit sollte es nicht in einem Bausatz werden.

So wie es jetzt ist, als ich liegen und warten, bis es alle Sinn machen, diese Kosten zu übernehmen und das Foto-Tool, um ein Signal Mast zu erzeugen.
Leider hat es nicht ganz so fühlen jetzt.

Haben versucht, ein Signal wie das Bild, das vorgestellt wurde machen.

Also keine Visiere, niemand solkeps, die in Richtung der Pole ab.
Wollte sehen, ob es möglich sei, etwas Radikales, die etsark Ich hatte zu tun.

Tram signal heads are for sale.

I can sell them in sheets of 10st at a price of about 10euro.

Can also sell them in individually as a kit with pole and associated smd joint or light guide for those who wish, and lacquered copper wire and accessories to make the signal sunscreen, Cost 12euro.

Shows with this picture how smooth it is with the smd led 0603 and can be used 0805 led
To the pole, I use 1.5mm, which is hopefully to scale as possible.
The wires should be soldered are coated copper wire 0.10mm.

Well done! Do the kits come with instructions on how to build them? As for the pole, I'd think a 2 mm one would be better. Mind that Conrad sells pre-wired SMD leds (white, red, green, yellow, blue) but the wire used is quite thick.

Gut gemacht! Kommt der Bausatz mit einen Bauanleitung? Der Mast soll meiner Meinung 2 mm Durchmesser haben. Bitte Achtung, Conrad verkauft bedrahtete SMD leds (Weiss, Rot, Grün, Gelb, Blau) aber die angelötete Kabel ist zu dick...

Hi

I have used two different thicknesses of the posts to my other signals (Train)
This is because I thought it looked better visually.
But this does of course as you want, then there is room in the tram signal.

I myself never bought smd led of ready threads.
I think this does not seem very difficult to do yourself.

Can you see the hand signals in the N train signals I have done, and I've used 0.10mm which is flexible.

Should add that I took out some light rail sheets in 2010, and awaits the possible interest is, then I wonder if it is only to be a recurring series.
So if you want light tram signals have a chance to acquire them now, as I wait if there is a market.

A first sample of a signal with smd step 0603, a little small to handle, but it was what I had on hand.
0805 is just as easy to use.



The number of leaders, I shall next attempt to take with 8 - 2 pcs of each, so you can have better surveillance and easier to troubleshoot.
Using coated copper Cu 0.10mm.

I've had these together for a wire, except at the ends to then identify each thread so I have control of the leaders

Had only one pellet battery on hand, so I was unable to control the brightness that is too strong for most of the pictures I took.
A test that makes you want more to go on.

Adding this into the signal wire, when it comes to Led.

Now we are down to small devices.

If you want something beyond the extra mile and integrated, there's Lead for this.

My experience with soldering the wire directly on point is not to be recommended, then they become very brittle. but it is possible of course.

I will instead have laminate cards that I have copper foil so that I can handle this in a secure manner.

Has sent out a hopefully acceptable translation of the building display to you who have ordered.

It is hoped to be able to get to an acceptable translation, so that it's able to give some insight into how I built.

Showing here a picture of a diagram, where I was at this point changed to solder all the Cu wires, then it is both small and patience to deal with this in any other way.

But development is moving forward hopefully.
